Processing Time:

Orders typically process within 2-5 business days, depending on whether your order is a custom-made item.
- Custom Orders: May take up to 5 business days to process as each item is carefully made to order.
- Regular Orders: Will usually process in 2-3 business days.

Shipping Time:

Once processed, your order will ship within 3-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Free Shipping:

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50!

Shipping Rates:

For orders under $50, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Please Note:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us before purchasing, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Mini Makers! We take great care in creating each handcrafted item with love and attention to detail. Because our products are made to order and uniquely crafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than shipping damage.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photos or videos of the damage to process your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive proof of damage, we will assess the situation and, if eligible, issue a refund or send a replacement item.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Orders:

Custom-made orders are also non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.
